Terms of Service
Effective date: May 23, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of CronCoco, a hosted API service for scheduling recurring HTTP webhook calls. CronCoco is operated by Eigenspace Vectors Incorporated, a Delaware corporation.
By using CronCoco, you agree to these Terms. If you are using CronCoco on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
The Service
CronCoco lets you create saved cron schedules that trigger HTTP webhook requests. A "job" means a saved schedule. An "execution" means an attempted webhook delivery for a job.
CronCoco provides API-based account registration, job management, execution history, billing, key rotation, failure emails, and optional failure webhooks.
Accounts and API Keys
You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure and for all activity under your account. API keys are shown once and cannot be retrieved later. If you lose a key, you can request key rotation by email.
We may suspend or limit access to accounts, API keys, jobs, or executions if we believe there is abuse, security risk, nonpayment, legal risk, or a violation of these Terms.
Plans, Billing, and Limits
CronCoco offers Free, Pro, and Business plans. Plan limits may include active jobs, stored jobs, monthly executions, minimum scheduling intervals, concurrency, burst limits, execution timeout, and execution-history retention.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By starting a paid plan, you authorize recurring subscription charges until you cancel. You can cancel through the API or Stripe billing portal where available.
Payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, your paid plan remains available until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in the product or billing flow.
We may update plan features, prices, or limits from time to time. We will try to avoid surprising existing customers with material negative changes, but we may change limits when needed to protect the service, control abuse, or keep the infrastructure reliable.
Customer Content
You may submit job names, cron expressions, webhook URLs, HTTP headers, JSON payloads, failure webhook URLs, and related configuration to CronCoco. You retain ownership of your content.
You grant CronCoco the limited right to process your content as needed to provide, secure, monitor, debug, and support the service.
You are responsible for the content you submit and the endpoints you configure. You must have the right to send webhook requests to those endpoints and to include any headers or payloads you configure.
Restricted Data
Do not submit sensitive regulated data to CronCoco unless we have signed a separate written agreement allowing it.
You may not use CronCoco to store, transmit, or process:
- Protected Health Information under HIPAA or similar health privacy laws.
- Payment card numbers, CVV codes, magnetic stripe data, or other PCI/cardholder data.
- Government identification numbers, passwords, private keys, access tokens, or unnecessary secrets in job names, webhook URLs, headers, payloads, or failure webhook URLs.
CronCoco is not designed to be a regulated-data vault, payment card processor, healthcare system, password manager, or secrets manager.
Prohibited Use
You may not use CronCoco to:
- Violate laws or third-party rights.
- Send spam, phishing, malware, or abusive traffic.
- Harass, threaten, or harm others.
- Perform credential stuffing, unauthorized scanning, exploitation, or denial-of-service activity.
- Attack, overload, or disrupt CronCoco or third-party services.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, billing, rate limits, concurrency limits, plan limits, SSRF protections, or other security controls.
- Configure webhooks to target systems you do not own or have permission to use.
- Resell CronCoco in a way that misrepresents the service or creates unmanaged abuse risk.
Webhook Delivery
CronCoco attempts to deliver webhook requests according to your schedule and plan limits. We do not control the destination endpoint, the network between CronCoco and that endpoint, or third-party API behavior.
Webhook executions may fail, be skipped, delayed, rate-limited, timed out, or deferred because of your plan limits, destination endpoint behavior, network conditions, abuse prevention, infrastructure issues, or maintenance.
You are responsible for making your destination endpoints reliable, secure, and idempotent.
Availability and Support
CronCoco is provided without a guaranteed service level agreement unless we sign a separate written agreement with you.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or operational reasons.
For support, contact hello@croncoco.io.
Custom Agreements and DPA Requests
Business customers who need custom agreements, security review, vendor forms, or a Data Processing Addendum may contact hello@croncoco.io.
We are not obligated to enter into custom terms unless both parties sign a separate written agreement.
Account Deletion
You may request account deletion through the API. When deletion is completed, CronCoco deletes the customer account and associated jobs and execution history from the application database, subject to any legal, security, backup, billing, or fraud-prevention retention obligations.
If you have an active Stripe subscription, account deletion may cancel that subscription.
Third-Party Services
CronCoco relies on third-party providers, including hosting, database, email, DNS, and payment processors. These providers may process data as needed to provide their services to CronCoco.
We are not responsible for third-party outages, platform changes, or failures outside our reasonable control.
Disclaimers
CronCoco is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You are responsible for evaluating whether CronCoco is suitable for your use case.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eigenspace Vectors Incorporated and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or downstream service failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to CronCoco will not exceed the greater of 100 USD or the amount you paid CronCoco in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Eigenspace Vectors Incorporated from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of CronCoco, your content, your configured webhooks, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating the effective date or posting a notice on the site.
Your continued use of CronCoco after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
